This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and nurture strategic connections with Cintra Channel Partners, AWS Partner Development Managers (PDMs), and Partner Solution Architects.
• Create and implement regional partner engagement strategies.
• Serve as the main point of contact between Cintra and designated partners.
• Hold regular partner business reviews and account planning meetings.
• Identify and cultivate partner-sourced opportunities across Cintra's service offerings.
• Work closely with partner sales teams to pinpoint customer cloud migration, modernization, and optimization prospects.
• Promote qualified pipeline expansion and partner-influenced revenue growth.
• Ensure precise forecasting and opportunity management.
• Organize joint campaigns, events, webinars, and partner-led initiatives.
• Provide enablement sessions for partner sales and technical teams.
• 3–8 years of experience in Channel Sales, Cloud Sales, or Partner Business Development.
• Proven track record of working within AWS and/or Oracle partner ecosystems.
• Solid understanding of cloud migration, cloud modernization, managed services, or enterprise technology solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through partner relationships.
• Experience in engaging with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Preferred experience in an AWS Partner Network (APN) environment.
• Knowledge of Oracle Database, Oracle workloads, and modernization strategies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and partner management tools.
