This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take on the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for overseeing the comprehensive management and control of the Community's activities, programs, residents, employees, and financial resources.
• Act as the representative of the property in interactions with external agencies, including government entities.
• Engage in property inspections conducted by authorized government agencies and develop and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
• Promote the property positively while effectively conveying the organization’s values to residents, visitors, team members, and the broader community.
• Mentor and guide Community Directors to fulfill the Company’s expectations and requirements, including financial oversight, exceptional service, and strong team member relations.
• Direct and oversee marketing and sales initiatives to achieve or surpass targeted census goals promptly and in accordance with Company standards, procedures, and regulatory obligations, ensuring the appropriate level of care is maintained.
• RCFE Administrator Certificate
• Minimum of two years of college education required
• At least three years of experience in providing residential care to elderly individuals
• Previous experience with reporting and data management in RealPage Accounting and Leasing & Rents, Youve Got Leads (YGL), and ADP or other HRIS is preferred.
