Regional Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Execute the company's strategic plans throughout the region.

• Create and implement regional initiatives aimed at meeting operational and financial objectives.

• Lead and mentor the Area Managers.

• Facilitate performance management, succession planning, and talent development.

• Evaluate relevant KPIs and business outcomes for the region.

• Detect variances and establish appropriate actions while monitoring their progress.

• Conduct regular store visits to ensure adherence to operational standards.

• Identify areas for improvement and assist stores in overcoming existing challenges.

• Collaborate with pertinent departments and the central office.

• Launch initiatives and change processes to enhance Store Operations continuously.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail with oversight of several locations.

• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

• Proven experience in developing and motivating managers and teams.

• Proficient in working with KPIs and business metrics.

• Strong decision-making capabilities.

• Comprehensive understanding of operational interdependencies and the retail market.

• Proficient command of English.

• Valid Category B driver's license.

• High willingness to travel frequently for business within Germany.
