Regional Operations Director, RN License

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for various acute programs within assigned hospital service areas

• Ensure exceptional patient care, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and team engagement

• Support DaVita’s mission of delivering high-quality outcomes and fostering strong hospital partnerships

• Drive business results and strategic growth while maintaining the highest standards of patient care

• Oversee nursing and technical services for patient treatment

• Conduct trend analysis of clinical outcomes and independently formulate and implement corrective action plans for any clinical quality issues

• Manage regional profit and loss, budget forecasting, and inventory to enhance financial performance and strategic growth

• Provide leadership and mentorship to facility administrators and clinical teams

• Cultivate strong strategic relationships with nephrologists, medical directors, and hospital partners

⛳️ Requirements

• A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment is REQUIRED

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is strongly preferred

• A minimum of two (2) years of healthcare management experience is preferred; multi-facility dialysis management experience is strongly preferred

• Current CPR certification is required

• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in DaVita clinical applications (CWOW, etc.)

• Two years of dialysis experience is required
