This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.
• Manage the complete student lifecycle from application processing to final conversion at channel partner locations.
• Drive and accomplish region-specific student conversion objectives.
• Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with channel partners.
• Negotiate both commercial and operational terms effectively.
• Onboard and provide training to partner teams.
• Maintain partner engagement through ongoing communication, reviews, and field visits.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the network.
• Ensure that partner offices comply with processes, documentation standards, and ethical practices.
• Address and resolve partner-level operational and quality challenges.
• Mentor and train agents to enhance application quality and volume.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing and process-training workshops.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to share up-to-date country, university, and process information.
• Work together with Head Office teams on regional challenges, support needs, and strategic planning.
• Plan and implement regional marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Head Office marketing team.
• Support events, seminars, fairs, and partner-driven marketing activities.
• Tailor marketing strategies to fit the dynamics of the regional market and the needs of partners.
• Travel extensively to key cities and towns to promote business growth, enhance partner engagement, and ensure operational consistency.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business) is preferred.
• A total of 4–7 years of professional experience.
• At least 2+ years in the International Education sector.
• Strong capability to collaborate with a diverse array of stakeholders.
• Ability to rapidly learn and apply domain-specific knowledge.
• Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex situations and achieve favorable outcomes for students and partners.
