This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +10 more states.
β’ Cultivates professional relationships and collaborates with national and regional thought leaders (SLs) to guarantee access to company-sanctioned medical and scientific information pertaining to therapeutic interests and Company products.
β’ Engages in peer-to-peer scientific conversations and maintains a consistent presence with those SLs, ensuring they have a reliable medical contact within the organization.
β’ Addresses scientific inquiries and redirects SL questions on matters beyond the scope (e.g., grants) to the appropriate company resources, in accordance with relevant policies.
β’ Keeps abreast of the ever-evolving scientific and clinical landscape within the Company's Areas of Interest (AOI) for your designated therapeutic area.
β’ Initiates conversations with SLs and/or potential investigators that involve scientific/data exchange within our AOI to assess alignment with our research strategies, study concepts, scientific validity, and qualifications for a particular compound or clinical trial.
β’ Participates in scientific congresses and medical meetings, facilitating the exchange of scientific and data insights for both Company and competitor information.
β’ Collects feedback, data, or information during regular activities that can assist the company in understanding the medical or scientific needs, priorities, or concerns of SLs and/or patients.
β’ PhD, PharmD, DNP, DO, or MD.
β’ Demonstrated expertise with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in Immunology (Inflammatory Bowel Disease) beyond that acquired in the terminal degree program.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Capability to engage in doctoral-level discussions with key external stakeholders.
β’ Commitment to scientific excellence with a keen emphasis on scientific education and dialogue.
β’ Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and networking abilities.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of FDA, OIG, HIPAA, and other ethical guidelines, laws, and regulations pertinent to the pharmaceutical industry and its clients.
β’ Proficiency in organizing, prioritizing, and functioning effectively in a constantly evolving environment.
β’ Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, OneNote).
β’ Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms.
