This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a reliable advisor and project leader for client organizations in the Medical Capital Equipment sector.
• Spearhead intricate consulting projects by utilizing market insights, analytics, technology platforms, and industry knowledge to formulate strategic capital equipment plans.
• Work in partnership with executive client leaders and guide project teams effectively.
• Deliver findings, recommendations, and business cases to executive client audiences.
• Facilitate meetings and discussions at the executive level to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with senior client leaders.
• Preferred degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 7 years of pertinent experience required.
• Experience in the Medical Capital Equipment field is essential.
• Proven capability to independently manage large, complex consulting initiatives.
• Strong skills in project management, strategic planning, and organization.
• Clinical and data analytics expertise within the healthcare sector is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare capital purchasing decisions and capital planning processes is preferred.
• Outstanding presentation, facilitation, and communication skills for executive-level engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate trusted client relationships and influence senior leaders.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently throughout the year to accommodate clients’ requirements and schedules.
