Regional Medical Scientific Director – Genitourinary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Participate in scientific discussions with leaders from the external medical and scientific community.

• Build and nurture professional relationships with both national and regional scientific leaders (SLs).

• Facilitate peer-to-peer scientific conversations while establishing a dependable presence with SLs.

• Recognize obstacles to patient enrollment and retention efforts to meet study goals.

• Initiate dialogues with SLs and/or prospective investigators to evaluate alignment with our research objectives.

• Engage in scientific medical conferences through preparation prior to the event.

• Act as a role model for other members of the field medical team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, DNP, DMSc, or MD).

• Clinical (patient care) or research experience in designated therapeutic areas beyond that acquired during the terminal degree program.

• At least 3 years of experience in oncology therapeutic areas.

• Ability to engage in doctoral-level discussions with key external stakeholders.

• Commitment to scientific excellence with a strong emphasis on education and dialogue.

• Business acumen and market knowledge.

• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, communication, and networking.

• Comprehensive understanding of FDA, OIG, HIPAA, and other ethical guidelines, laws, and regulations pertinent to the pharmaceutical sector.

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access).
