This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead the strategy and implementation of comprehensive regional marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing pipeline growth throughout EMEA.
• Develop regional field marketing strategies and integrated campaigns that align with the priorities of the territory.
• Execute both third-party and GitLab-hosted events, along with digital programs targeting customers and prospects.
• Oversee EMEA regional marketing initiatives, including detailed program plans and integrated campaigns that support Sales and Ecosystem objectives.
• Experiment, learn, and refine programs to establish best practices and advance regional marketing efforts.
• Evaluate performance metrics and relay program impacts to local leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Manage regional marketing budgets and financial processes to enhance return on investment.
• Collaborate on demand generation and field marketing strategies with Sales, Product, Marketing, and additional cross-functional teams.
• Partner with external agencies and third-party collaborators to plan and execute campaigns and events across EMEA.
• Enhance Regional Marketing processes and be prepared to travel as necessary, up to 50%.
• Proven experience in B2B technology marketing, particularly in field or regional marketing with a strong focus on collaboration with Sales.
• Competence in designing and implementing marketing programs that merge strategic planning with operational execution.
• Innovative mindset with the capability to develop new programs from inception.
• Data-driven mindset that utilizes results and performance insights to inform decisions and strategies.
• Experience managing or supporting territory budgets, resource allocation, and expenditure oversight.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; adept at translating complex concepts into clear content, presentations, and updates for stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment with limited supervision.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, reporting, and project management tools.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps, or the software development lifecycle.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% as required.
