This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop or adapt and implement marketing programs aimed at enhancing engagement, loyalty, and growth within Companial's North American channel partner network.
• Create or tailor marketing initiatives designed to spark interest and generate leads that support our recruitment goals for new members.
• Collaborate closely with Companial Global Marketing to ensure the North American perspective is represented in the creation of cohesive marketing programs that drive pipeline growth for our key propositions.
• Establish co-marketing opportunities, campaigns, and resources that assist partners in expanding their Microsoft cloud business.
• Plan, create, and adapt events, webinars, newsletters, and communication points throughout the year to provide our members with essential Information Services as part of their Membership.
• Foster a partner community presence; promoting connection, knowledge-sharing, and brand loyalty among the 300–400 partner network, contributing to reduced churn among our members.
• Evaluate, enhance, and expand Companial's digital presence in North America, including the website, LinkedIn, email marketing, and other pertinent channels.
• Develop and implement an Agentic and Search Engine Optimization and Marketing (ASE, SEO, and SEM) strategy to boost organic visibility and inbound interest from prospective partners.
• Manage the content calendar, which includes blog posts, case studies, social media, email campaigns, and partner-facing materials, utilizing centrally developed resources while incorporating regional specifics.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on digital KPIs; continuously testing and refining strategies to enhance performance. Collaborate closely with the central team for alignment and benchmarking.
• Act as the guardian of the Companial brand in North America, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
• Adapt global marketing strategies and assets to suit the North American market context and partner audience.
• Write engaging content for campaigns, partner communications, presentations, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Work together with the global Companial marketing team to align North American strategies with broader organizational initiatives.
• Establish quarterly marketing goals and KPIs; monitor performance against objectives and report outcomes to leadership.
• Efficiently manage the North America marketing budget to maximize ROI across various programs and channels.
• Keep abreast of trends within the Microsoft partner ecosystem, competitive landscape, and best practices in channel marketing.
• Identify and propose new tools, platforms, and strategies to accelerate partner growth.
• 3 to 6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, or the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
• Proven capability to independently develop and execute marketing programs; you take initiative without waiting for guidance.
• Strong digital marketing expertise: experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Microsoft D365 or similar), Microsoft Co-Pilot or other LMMs, LinkedIn, CMS/website management, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities; you express ideas clearly, persuasively, and in alignment with the brand.
• Experience in marketing to or through channel partners, resellers, or a partner/VAR ecosystem is highly advantageous.
• Comfortable working with data: you utilize metrics for decision-making, rather than merely reporting them.
