This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.
• Manage the complete student lifecycle from application processing through to final conversion across channel partner offices.
• Drive and meet specific student conversion targets for the region.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with channel partners.
• Negotiate both commercial and operational terms effectively.
• Provide onboarding as well as continuous training to partner teams.
• Ensure partner engagement through regular communication, reviews, and field visits.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners as needed.
• Guarantee that partner offices comply with processes, documentation standards, and ethical practices.
• Address and resolve operational and quality issues at the partner level.
• Guide and train agents to enhance the quality and volume of student applications.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing and process training sessions.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to deliver up-to-date information on the country, universities, and processes.
• Work alongside Head Office teams to pinpoint regional challenges and offer operational, academic, and marketing support.
• Represent the region in discussions and planning at the Head Office.
• Plan and implement regional marketing initiatives.
• Assist in events, seminars, fairs, and partner-led marketing activities.
• Tailor marketing strategies to align with regional market dynamics and partner requirements.
• Travel extensively across key cities and towns within the assigned region.
• Propel regional business growth, partner engagement, and operational consistency.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business) is preferred.
• Total experience ranging from 4 to 7 years.
• At least 2 years of experience in the International Education sector.
• Capability to collaborate with a diverse array of stakeholders.
• Ability to rapidly acquire and apply domain knowledge.
• Fluency in English, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills in complex situations.
