Regional Manager, Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Managing the growth of partner SI services capabilities in the region (e.g., integration, design, configuration, and project management).

• Offering dedicated partner assistance for any pre-sales, sales, and training efforts, which includes conducting product demonstrations, leading initial sales discussions, and attending industry events, among others.

• Facilitating enablement workshops within the region.

• Keeping an updated roster of partners that outlines the roles and capabilities of each partner resource.

• Acting as the leadership contact for PlanetTogether in the designated region(s).

• Providing regional partners with expertise in product and implementation.

• Submitting weekly reports to PlanetTogether’s Executive Leadership Team regarding all strategic and tactical initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Over 5 years of experience in the supply chain or production planning field.

• More than 5 years of experience in implementing comprehensive production scheduling solutions (experience with PlanetTogether is preferred, though familiarity with software such as OpCenter, Eyelit, Asprova, and Ortems is acceptable).

• At least 5 years of experience in managing strategic relationships and accounts.

• Advanced proficiency and capability to demonstrate the use of integrated enterprise software.

• A working knowledge of SQL or other relational databases is advantageous.

• Native-level fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking) and comfortable communicating with colleagues, partners, and clients across various mediums.

• Conversational proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese, French (France), Spanish, or German is a significant plus.
