Regional Manager, Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Managing the growth and development of the partner network (SIs, VARs, and Distributors) within the region by actively nurturing partner relationships.

• Offering dedicated support to partners on pre-sales, sales, and training initiatives, which includes conducting product demonstrations, leading initial sales calls, and participating in industry events.

• Developing and reporting on partner pipeline coverage and sales targets using Hubspot.

• Recording all partner outreach and activities in Asana/Hubspot.

• Acting as the primary leadership contact for PlanetTogether in the assigned region(s).

• Equipping partners with sales and product knowledge relevant to the region.

• Submitting weekly reports to PlanetTogether’s Executive Leadership Team regarding all strategic and tactical initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree or higher is required.

• At least 5 years of experience in the supply chain or production planning field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing detailed production scheduling solutions (experience with PlanetTogether is preferred, though familiarity with similar software such as OpCenter, Eyelit, Asprova, and Ortems is acceptable).

• Over 5 years of experience in managing strategic relationships and accounts.

• Strong aptitude and ability to demonstrate the use of integrated enterprise software.

• Familiarity with SQL or other relational databases would be advantageous.

• Proven skills in multi-tasking and problem-solving.

• Native-level proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) and comfortable communicating with colleagues, partners, and clients through various channels.

• Conversational abilities in Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese, French (France), Spanish, or German are a significant advantage.
