This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of regional performance from start to finish by driving referral growth, booking rates, attendance rates, and achieving completed patient goals across both personal and team territories.
• Consistently meet and surpass individual territory objectives while establishing and nurturing valuable partnerships with providers.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Territory Managers, ensuring adherence to activity standards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support the onboarding and training of new Territory Managers through structured training, field coaching as necessary, and setting clear performance expectations.
• Enhance team performance by conducting regular one-on-one meetings, participating in ride-alongs when appropriate, and delivering focused coaching.
• Implement regional strategies via account segmentation, prioritization, and initiatives aimed at market expansion.
• Optimize the referral-to-booking-to-attendance funnel performance and work on improving conversion rates.
• Ensure the accurate utilization of HubSpot, MMC, Definitive Data, and Superset for tracking activities, reporting, and generating insights.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Growth, Operations, and Marketing to eliminate obstacles, enhance patient throughput, and improve the provider experience.
• Maintain the integrity of CRM data, territory planning, and budget management throughout the region.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare business development, physician liaison roles, or provider partnerships.
• 1 to 3 years of direct or indirect leadership experience with a proven history of coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing referral, revenue, or patient growth targets over multiple performance periods.
• A strong analytical and data-driven approach, utilizing performance metrics to inform decisions and enhance outcomes.
• Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools, including HubSpot and Superset.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, both with providers and internal stakeholders.
• Capability to function as a player-coach, balancing individual contributions with team leadership duties.
• Strong organizational and territory management abilities, including account prioritization and strategic planning.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that prioritizes execution and results.
• Capacity to cultivate performance and accountability while fostering a supportive team culture.
• High emotional intelligence to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics and enhance engagement.
• Ability to link high-level growth strategies to the daily execution of Territory Managers.
