This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Manage the daily operations of various pediatric practices.
• Act as the main point of contact between the supported offices and MB2 leadership.
• Enhance performance in production, collections, insurance aging, and overall annual growth.
• Track KPIs and implement operational enhancements across all locations.
• Ensure operational uniformity and accountability throughout the region.
• Maintain oversight of clinical workflows, scheduling efficiency, and case acceptance rates.
• Use Gaidge and remote access tools to monitor schedules and proactively tackle operational issues.
• Analyze MTD production, collections, and aging reports, submitting necessary documentation.
• Review marketing updates and operational reports from each office.
• Provide in-person support to offices as required to uphold performance standards.
• Mentor and assist Office Managers and Assistant Managers on a daily basis.
• Conduct skills assessments and offer structured training aligned with MB2’s training philosophy.
• Engage in performance evaluations, coaching discussions, and corrective action processes.
• Cultivate accountability, engagement, and a culture of high performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards (HIPAA, OSHA, and employment regulations).
• Supervise supply management and operational expense controls.
• Participate in manager meetings and collaborate with leadership.
• A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in multi-unit pediatric settings.
• Strong comprehension of pediatric clinical workflows and operational systems.
• Preferred familiarity with Medicaid insurance billing in pediatrics.
• Experience in managing multiple practices at the same time.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to interpret KPI reports and complete P&Ls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the capability to influence and support doctors and teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently and stay overnight as needed.
