This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.
β’ Take ownership of regional P&L performance to meet sales and profit targets.
β’ Drive market growth and revenue enhancement across the designated multi-state area.
β’ Lead and supervise District Managers responsible for multiple locations.
β’ Set and track sales objectives, performance standards, and essential operating metrics.
β’ Analyze sales outcomes, market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
β’ Assess current and prospective markets for expansion and business development opportunities.
β’ Collaborate with District Managers to enhance performance, manage expenses, and achieve financial goals.
β’ Coach, guide, and develop District Managers and other regional leadership personnel.
β’ Support recruiting, training, performance assessment, and employee growth initiatives.
β’ Ensure uniform application of company policies, operational procedures, and safety protocols.
β’ Offer support on complex customer, sales, personnel, and operational challenges.
β’ Cultivate and sustain customer relationships while aiding local sales and business development efforts.
β’ Maintain a robust field presence through regular visits to locations.
β’ Represent the organization at industry and trade association functions as necessary.
β’ Lead and engage in meetings, training sessions, and leadership development programs.
β’ Travel up to 30% within the assigned region.
β’ A minimum of 8 years of experience in the automotive, heavy-duty, agricultural, commercial, or related parts sectors.
β’ At least 8 years of progressive management experience, including leading managers and cultivating high-performance teams.
β’ Demonstrated leadership across multiple sites, markets, or territories.
β’ Proven track record in driving sales growth, profitability, and operational effectiveness.
β’ Solid understanding of parts distribution, inventory management, and branch or retail operations.
β’ Experience in servicing commercial clients in repair, fleet, trucking, agriculture, collision, or similar sectors.
β’ Strong business insight with experience in budget management, cost control, and overall financial performance.
β’ Ability to analyze sales and operational data to pinpoint growth and improvement opportunities.
β’ Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
β’ High school diploma or GED is required.
β’ ASE certifications are preferred, but not mandatory.
β’ Must reside within the designated territory and be capable of traveling up to 30%.
