Regional Manager – MEP Project Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the creation, oversight, and archiving of all project-related documentation.

• Engage in project hand-off meetings to collect essential job details prior to construction.

• Aid the Project Manager in formulating the construction budget.

• Contribute to the development and management of the construction timeline.

• Draft and write subcontracts and purchase orders as required.

• Oversee subcontractors and their performance, ensuring compliance both contractually and collaboratively.

• Gather, arrange, and distribute materials and equipment submissions.

• Generate and circulate Requests for Information (RFIs) to clarify project details.

• Collaborate with the Project Manager and accounting to address cost discrepancies by gathering and analyzing data.

• Assist in pricing, negotiating, and formalizing changes to the project scope.

• Coordinate with Superintendents regarding requests for resources, materials, and equipment.

• Manage safety, quality, and productivity on the project site.

• Ensure the job site is maintained in a clean and organized manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior professional experience in project management or a BS/BA degree in Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

• OSHA 30 certification, along with First Aid and CPR training.

• Strong knowledge of construction materials and equipment.

• Previous experience in leadership roles showcasing proven leadership abilities.

• Capacity to multitask and manage time efficiently while prioritizing tasks during the construction phase.

• Skills in budgeting, scheduling, negotiating, and cost control.

• Ability to collaborate effectively and plan in advance.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

• Knowledge of construction safety and quality standards.

• Understanding of construction management processes.

• Familiarity with construction and project management software applications.

• Comprehensive understanding of contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions.
