Regional Manager, International Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily interactions with local and regional technology vendors.

• Monitor vendor performance in relation to contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Serve as an intermediary to facilitate issue resolution between local vendors and market teams.

• Collaborate with Regional General Managers and Field Operations (FOs) to proactively discover opportunities for sales growth.

• Act as the local market representative during the initial phases of the technology development process.

• Work alongside local markets and central teams to prioritize and resolve significant regional challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

• Certification in vendor management, service management (e.g., ITIL), or project management is preferred.

• Proven track record in managing technology vendors, partners, or significant supplier relationships.

• Experience in acting as a strategic business partner to non-technical teams, including Franchisees, Commercial, and Marketing.

• Direct operational or commercial experience within the specific regions (LATAM, EMEA, or APAC) is essential.
