Regional Manager – Institutional Cafeteria Experience Preferred

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Supervise 7-10 jail kitchens

• Mentor and lead kitchen management teams

• Conduct weekly or bi-weekly inventory assessments

• Procure food and kitchen supplies

• Provide weekly reports to corporate office personnel

• Ensure outstanding customer service and food quality

• Oversee and manage staffing levels within units

• Perform surprise visits for quality assurance checks

• Validate weekly sales data and inventory counts

• Liaise with Corporate Office staff concerning documentation

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in institutional food service (ideally in cafeteria or correctional settings)

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and maintain a clean driving record.

• Ability to successfully pass multiple criminal background checks and a drug screening.

• At least 5 years of multi-unit management and/or industrial food service experience is required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Above average computer skills (PC) and familiarity with peripheral equipment.
