This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

• Supervising a team of dubbing coordinators tasked with daily team operations

• Formulating performance objectives and long-term dubbing operational strategies

• Overseeing forecasts, capacity, and utilization planning

• Taking ownership of dubbing production workflows and service-level agreements

• Managing vendor relationships, analyzing dub quality, and tracking performance metrics

• Observing changing regional demands and developing effective solutions

• Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders

• Leading regional evaluations on titles and series

• Conducting market analyses for specific territories and languages

• Fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external partners

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the dubbing industry

• Familiarity with dubbing vendors in the designated region

• Proficiency in audiovisual technology, including knowledge of audio formats and dubbing processes

• Experience working with global localization providers

• Background in various centralized localization workflows and product types across different regions and languages

• Proven experience managing multiple complex dubbing audio projects concurrently

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills at all organizational levels

• Experience with project management tools, along with data collection and analysis to enhance performance

• Strong personnel management and leadership abilities, with a capability to work independently
