• Lead a dynamic team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) in the Asia Region.
• Enhance the current team and recruit top-tier talent in this rapidly expanding area.
• Act as the primary customer success liaison in the region.
• Serve as the executive sponsor for clients.
• Collaborate with other cross-functional leaders to ensure customer value and satisfaction.
• Share responsibility for the renewal and expansion metrics for the region.
• 10-15 years of experience in customer-facing roles (preferably in Customer Success or similar fields such as account management or consulting), with strong examples of building customer/client relationships and collaborative problem-solving.
• Solid background in defense industries, which may include sales, business development, program, and project management.
• Experience in intelligence collection, ideally related to space-based or geospatial ISR.
• Knowledge of intelligence analysis and dissemination.
• Proven direct management experience.
• Outstanding customer communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record of driving value, expansions, and renewals with clients.
• Effectively collaborates across distributed and cross-functional teams, with a strong capacity to lead and influence others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and an Asian language.
