This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide service and support for both existing and new contracted clients.
• Achieve or surpass quotas for a designated book of clients by maintaining regular engagement that aligns with service expectations.
• Facilitate virtual or in-person training sessions, actively engage users with low utilization, and promote the daily success of our B2B2C funnel.
• Oversee our B2C referral pipeline and assist B2B clients as their residents evaluate our services.
• Regularly gather customer feedback regarding product, process, and pricing modifications.
• Carry out daily responsibilities related to managing, adjusting, and growing existing business with precision, punctuality, and consistency.
• Analyze, review, or maintain client performance and feedback data to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with Account Management and the larger GTM team to enhance program usage.
• Clearly and proactively communicate updates, risks, blockers, and recommendations.
• Identify areas for improvement in training materials, client communications, and user engagement strategies.
• Utilize data, judgment, and business context to guide decisions and recommendations.
• Independently manage assigned tasks and ensure commitments, deadlines, and deliverables are met.
• Ensure that work is completed in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other role-related responsibilities as assigned and aligned with business needs.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Proficiency in Hubspot (or a comparable CRM), Google Suite, Excel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoom (or similar video conferencing tools) is essential.
• Strong grasp of pipeline management and proficiency in selling using a structured sales methodology such as Challenger.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client-facing relationships, deliver training and account management initiatives, and work collaboratively across GTM, Partner Success, Customer Success, and Marketing teams in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, English Literature, Communications, Psychology, or equivalent practical experience.
