This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers to foster high performance, professional development, and engagement.
β’ Create and execute strategies that enhance customer retention, minimize churn, and boost account expansion and upsell opportunities.
β’ Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to synchronize on customer growth initiatives and commercial objectives.
β’ Manage the customer lifecycle process to guarantee customer satisfaction and successful product adoption.
β’ Cultivate strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to comprehend their business objectives and advocate for their success internally.
β’ Monitor and report on critical customer success metrics such as Net Revenue Retention (NRR), churn rate, and expansion revenue.
β’ Over 5 years of relevant experience in leading a team within customer success (CSM or Account Management roles).
β’ At least 3 years of experience in forecasting and a proven history of assisting teams in achieving commercial targets.
β’ Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
β’ A strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
β’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ A demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
β’ A motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude.
β’ Basic technical skills to engage confidently in discussions about customer needs and business goals.
β’ Proficiency in written and spoken English.
