This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Leading the growth and acceptance of our software and services.

• Overseeing the onboarding process for every new client.

• Supporting the sales team in driving and managing referrals.

• Analyzing the customer journey, identifying support mechanisms, and adopting a consultative approach to assist clients in overcoming challenges and reaching their objectives.

• Offering essential insights to the product team to enhance our evolving platform.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction and introducing new, beneficial features as they become pertinent to the customer journey.

• Training champions and their teams on the benefits of our product, while helping to identify use cases before they escalate into urgent issues.

• Collaborating across functions with product, sales, and support team members to cultivate a robust community and facilitate information exchange.

• Meeting and surpassing quarterly onboarding targets.

• Upselling current accounts to higher-tier plans.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in SaaS customer success.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a strong attention to detail.

• Determination and the ability to pursue challenging goals despite obstacles.

• Flexibility and creativity in navigating challenges as they arise.

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in standard communication, collaboration, and task management tools.

• Knowledge of the fundamentals of sales strategy, relationship development, and pipeline processes.

• Familiarity with Hubspot Sales and/or Marketing suites (Nice to Have).

• Experience selling software to retail or restaurant clientele (Nice to Have).

• Background as a frontline employee in retail, restaurant, or service industry roles (Nice to Have).

• Experience in early-stage, high-growth company settings (Nice to Have).
