This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Manage CRM data throughout its entire lifecycle, ensuring proper governance, integrity, usage, and optimization as the primary data custodian while facilitating the intake, analysis, and validation of requirements.
β’ Establish and enforce data policies, quality metrics, and access controls, ensuring compliance with corporate regulations, retention policies, and FCL standards.
β’ Continuously monitor and enhance data quality through cleansing, validation, and issue resolution, while identifying and mitigating risks, breaches, and vulnerabilities.
β’ Automate data processes, oversee data extraction/imports, and assess requirements for reporting, queries, and system integrations.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to collect, document, and prioritize CRM data requirements; evaluate impacts, resolve data issues, provide guidance, and ensure alignment with business objectives, data governance standards, and effective support of business needs.
β’ Possess 3 β 6 years of relevant experience in data management and data modeling, including over 2 years of experience with CRM.
β’ Hold a degree in Computer Science or Business (such as Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, etc.); a combination of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
β’ Be familiar with Salesforce CRM (or another business management software) and have a solid understanding of key data platforms like SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2, along with reporting concepts.
β’ Salesforce Administrator Certification is considered a valuable asset.
