• Oversee teams and collaborate with client IT and clinical departments to implement solutions that meet project success criteria.

• Exhibit excellence in managing and developing personnel.

• Act as a representative for informatics and healthcare IT.

• Comprehend and track national and regional healthcare trends.

• Utilize data to narrate the story by monitoring and interpreting metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in nursing or a healthcare-related field is essential.

• A minimum of 8 years of pertinent experience is required.

• At least 5 years in the nursing or healthcare sector.

• A minimum of 2 years in a management or leadership capacity within a healthcare environment.

• A minimum of 3 years of industry experience working across different divisions.

• An MBA, MSN, or other advanced degree is preferred.

• Experience as a clinical consultant in clinical workflow analysis or process design.

• Familiarity with supporting healthcare technology, including nursing informatics.
