Regional Manager – Civil/Site Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Serve as a senior technical representative within the market.

• Assist in enhancing the company's market presence.

• Acquire new projects.

• Foster and maintain client relationships.

• Work entirely remotely while staying closely connected with internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification is a plus.

• Around 8+ years of professional experience (mid- to senior-level).

• Practical experience that includes, but is not limited to:

• – Civil/site design.

• – Grading.

• – Civil 3D.

• Proven technical credibility to engage in client-facing activities.

• A career trajectory that indicates having progressed through various roles.

• Highly motivated and self-initiating.

• Comfortable operating independently in a remote setting.

• Capable of balancing client relationships, technical execution (with internal support), and eventually business development tasks.
