This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee and enhance distributor performance.
• Lead the sales strategy for your region by managing a team of Field Execution Managers (FEM).
• Report directly to the Director of Sales and Distribution for your designated territory.
• Responsible for executing the tactical strategies defined by the business leader.
• Travel requirements: 30%.
• Collaborate with and evaluate each distributor team along with the field execution manager team.
• Develop and promote sales programs while establishing both short- and long-term sales strategies.
• Manage pricing, promotions, and billing processes for all distributors in your assigned region.
• Work alongside FEMs to boost distributor partner performance.
• Assess and implement innovative sales techniques to elevate the sales volume in the region.
• Partner with field marketing colleagues to recognize and leverage key events that will enhance brand visibility in your territory.
• Collaborate closely with the National Accounts team on sales initiatives and programming.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Proven ability to maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience in team management with a demonstrated leadership record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Expertise in sales planning.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and data-driven.
• Established positive working relationships with preferred distributor partners is a significant advantage.
• Must possess a reliable vehicle and hold a valid driver's license.
