This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Overseeing and enhancing distributor performance (Polar)
• Providing guidance and sales strategy for your region by managing a team of Field Execution Managers (FEM)
• Reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Distribution
• Executing the tactical strategies established by the business leader
• 30% travel required to collaborate with and assess each distributor team and the field execution manager team
• Serving as the primary point of contact for distributors within the designated region
• Organizing and leading monthly planning and review meetings with distributor decision makers
• Developing and presenting sales programs while establishing both short- and long-term sales strategies
• Managing pricing, promotions, and billing for all distributors in the assigned region according to budget allocations
• Collaborating with FEMs to improve distributor partner performance and revise sales goals and procedures as necessary
• Assessing and implementing innovative sales techniques to boost sales volume in the region
• Working alongside field marketing counterparts to identify and leverage key events that enhance brand visibility in the assigned territory
• Partnering closely with the National Accounts team on sales initiatives and programming
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
• Capability to maintain client relationships effectively
• Experience in team management with a proven leadership track record
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Commitment to excellence and fostering a high energy level

• Data-oriented
• Pre-existing strong working relationships with desired DPs is a significant advantage
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle and possess a valid driver's license
