Regional Manager – Autonomous Cleaning Technology, Customer Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a Regional Manager (m/f/d), you will oversee the seamless operation of our autonomous cleaning machines across various locations in Hesse.

• You will coordinate the local team, ensuring efficient deployment of our machines while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Regular visits to client sites will be part of your role to guarantee optimal usage of our solutions and uphold the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

• You will be fully accountable for your location, ensuring its smooth operation at all times.

• You will collaborate closely with the sales team to discover new locations and introduce our technology to additional clients.

• Monitoring machine performance will be essential, allowing you to identify opportunities for operational optimization.

• You will actively facilitate the implementation and rollout of new technologies, providing support to your teams with operational challenges.

• You possess experience in field service or operations.

• A grasp of B2B sales models will aid you in understanding our customers’ needs.

• You are organized and maintain a solution-oriented approach, even in challenging situations.

• You are willing to travel regularly to service customer sites within your region.

• You exhibit flexibility regarding your work location.

• A strong hands-on mentality and readiness to assist wherever necessary are essential.

• You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in both English and German, both written and spoken.
