Regional Manager – Automotive F&I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Creates and presents sales pitches in accordance with client and company guidelines.

• Educates relevant departments and personnel about the features, advantages, and added value of our offerings.

• Formulates and executes strategic plans aimed at boosting sales of our products and services.

• Establishes strong relationships with Corporate and Regional management, collaborating on strategies that enhance productivity.

• Serves as a point of contact between Safe-Guard claims and the stores of assigned accounts regarding claim-related matters.

• Prepares and submits detailed itineraries and sales call reports through SalesForce for each dealer visit.

• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Automotive (agent/dealer/financial services) sales of F&I products.

• Proven experience selling to upper management within dealerships.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver formal presentations effectively.

• Background in formal automotive training is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to perform under high pressure and tight deadlines.

• Self-motivated and disciplined, able to work from a home office.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Willingness to travel 70% of the time.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must successfully pass a background check.
