Regional Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Facilitate profitable sales growth for USCA Protective and Marine Coatings, emphasizing Data Centers construction projects and associated infrastructure.

• Oversee and guide the activities of geographically focused Engineering Specification Representatives in your area.

• Assist in achieving objectives related to sales, profitability, overhead, expense management, and working capital.

• Formulate and implement sales strategies tailored to segments, regions, and customers.

• Identify market and segment initiatives to optimize revenue and profit margins.

• Ensure collaboration among various teams to influence specification decisions and outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college degree or its equivalent in a relevant discipline.

• An MBA or advanced degrees are preferred but not mandatory.

• At least 10 years of experience engaging with architects, engineering firms, and general contractors regarding specifications.

• Proven experience in recruiting, developing, and leading a team focused on specifications and contract chains across the region.

• Strong technical knowledge of product specification cycles and the construction process.
