This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee operations in clinics located within the designated region.
• Ensure the consistent application of corporate standard operating procedures (SOPs), enhance regional performance, and provide an exceptional patient experience.
• Responsible for recruiting, coaching, and nurturing clinic leaders, driving revenue and unit sales, while upholding high standards of compliance and patient care.
• Significant travel required to clinics in the assigned region and participation in regional meetings as necessary.
• Lead and mentor clinic-level managers to meet regional objectives and uphold operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with corporate SOPs, policies, brand standards, and regulatory obligations.
• Manage staffing strategies to guarantee adequate coverage, training, and succession planning at the clinic level.
• Propel regional revenue growth and increase hearing aid units through coaching, performance management, and sales enablement initiatives.
• Work in conjunction with regional leadership and headquarters to roll out new programs, tools, and process enhancements.
• Monitor regional performance indicators, devise action plans, and communicate results to the Regional Director.
• Address escalated clinic-level issues, including staffing, scheduling, and patient care challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent of 4 years of directly relevant, progressive experience.
• Over 5 years of industry experience in hearing care, retail healthcare, or comparable fields.
• A minimum of 3 years of prior management or multi-site leadership experience is required; demonstrated ability to develop and coach clinic managers.
• Strong knowledge of SOPs, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and enhancing patient outcomes.
• A positive attitude, resilience, and a collaborative leadership approach.
• Excellent communication, team-building, and problem-solving abilities.
• Data-driven mindset, capable of analyzing performance metrics and converting insights into actionable strategies.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively to support clinics and participate in regional meetings.
