This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee provider coverage and capacity in the designated territory, identifying any gaps in coverage.
• Identify and recruit providers skilled in various home renovation specialties, ensuring they meet compliance standards and align with the strategic objectives.
• Manage recruitment needs and transition approved providers to the compliance team for onboarding and activation.
• Assist compliance specialists in selecting providers during the application and activation stages.
• Oversee provider performance by training, coaching, influencing, and holding contractors of varying sizes accountable to Confident Remodels' processes and standards.
• Analyze activity metrics and reports to pinpoint opportunities for performance enhancement and collaborate with the National Account Manager to create and implement actionable plans.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with providers to discuss best practices and areas for improvement.
• Organize store visits to engage with lead generators and store management to strengthen relationships.
• Identify, document, and disseminate best practices related to lead generation, sales, installation, and service.
• Explore methods to streamline processes for automation or increased efficiency, both internally and with external partners.
• Communicate and implement new initiatives, programs, and policies in the field.
• Assist in addressing service-related issues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in retail or related sectors.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• Strong business acumen with meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to excellence.
• Good judgment and robust problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, enabling clear and concise information presentation.
• Capacity to engage effectively with all organizational levels, including senior executives and upper management.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring efficiency and a strong focus on detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to excel while working remotely.
• Strong organizational skills, exceptional time management capabilities, and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using computer tools, including the Microsoft Office suite and various software applications.
• Ability to adapt to shifting or competing priorities.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
