This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Accountable for leading and managing a sales team of 10-25 representatives while enhancing market share, volume, and dealer loyalty.
• Providing coaching, guidance, and development for Area Managers.
• Overseeing individuals in outside sales within the designated region.
• Aiding in the recruitment and training of new area managers.
• Presenting and promoting company products and services to both current and prospective clients.
• Crafting action plans and schedules to pinpoint specific targets and forecast the number of contacts to be engaged.
• Identifying sales prospects and reaching out to these and other assigned accounts.
• Creating and maintaining sales materials alongside up-to-date product knowledge.
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with current and potential clients.
• Supervising Area Managers through quality assessments and additional follow-ups.
• Recognizing and addressing client issues.
• Compiling a variety of status reports, including activities, closings, follow-ups, and compliance with goals.
• Communicating new product and service possibilities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered from field activities to the relevant company personnel.
• Developing and executing special sales initiatives to minimize dealer attrition.
• Participating in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing initiatives.
• Travel is required throughout the assigned territory.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales management.
• High energy level with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, as well as various sales software applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a closely related discipline.
• Qualified candidates should reside within the region.
• Strong computer skills are essential, particularly in MS Office (Excel and Word).
