Regional Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Supervise a team of over 18 Innovation Coordinators (ICs) to provide efficient and timely coordinated services that assist individuals.

• Offer technical support to Providers implementing services for individuals referred.

• Advocate for individuals and their guardians to ensure that the services provided align with their preferences.

• Manage person-centered planning and coordinated services by guiding staff, facilitating transitions, collaborating with providers, and ensuring favorable outcomes for those served.

• Conduct follow-up evaluations at 30, 60, and 90 days to ensure satisfaction with services and that desired outcomes are being met.

• Travel to assigned counties in Tennessee as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal communication in English.

• Capable of passing a background check upon hiring.

• Possess a valid driver's license.

• Have vehicle insurance.

• Hold a Master’s degree from an accredited institution with experience in delivering or coordinating services and providing case management for individuals with disabilities and special needs.

• - OR - Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in the human services or a related field, combined with one year of experience in delivering or coordinating services and/or providing case management for individuals with disabilities and special needs, along with demonstrable supervisory or coaching experience.

• - OR - Hold an Associate’s degree, a High School Diploma, or a GED, paired with four years of experience in delivering or coordinating services and/or providing case management for individuals with disabilities and special needs, along with proven supervisory or coaching experience.
