Regional Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Overseeing local Country Managers and their teams

• Managing the relationship with SAP offices across Europe

• Developing the region in terms of resources, structure, and business

• Concentrating on the growth and development of existing clients while also generating new business

• Accountable for the development and attainment of sales through direct sales channels

• Acting as the key individual for CRM and opportunity management

• Responsible for account and program management

• Tracking budget, P&L, and business units

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of project management experience (International Experience is a Plus)

• Demonstrated experience in managing teams

• Background in international and cross-cultural sales

• Expertise in ERP systems, with an advantage in SAP Business One

• Experience managing regional and global ERP implementations for Large Enterprises and Multinational Corporations

• Skills in business development and sales

• Strong management and leadership abilities

• Capability to lead virtual teams effectively

• Fluent or native English speaker; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
