This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Formulate and implement regional sales strategies to meet growth objectives
• Recognize new opportunities and enhance market positioning
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing sales team
• Establish robust relationships with clinicians, clients, and key stakeholders
• Collaborate across departments with marketing and product teams
• Represent AROA at industry events and conferences
• Track performance, report outcomes, and promote continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and maintain ethical standards
• Demonstrate leadership through consistent field engagement, offering coaching and strategic support to the sales team in operating room and clinical environments
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the medical device sector
• At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position
• Proven history of meeting sales targets and leading effective teams
• Strong comprehension of the healthcare sector and regulatory landscape
• Motivational leader capable of inspiring and developing high-performing teams
• Excellent collaborator with strong stakeholder management capabilities
• Data-oriented with robust analytical and problem-solving skills
• Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Customer-centric with a dedication to enhancing patient outcomes
