Regional Manager, Analytics – Americas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hotel Directors of Finance and General Managers to enhance financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.

• Aid in addressing property-level control challenges and ensure adherence to internal policies and management agreements.

• Perform monthly financial assessments and trend analysis for assigned hotels.

• Provide support to the Regional Director of Finance and Operations leadership by offering data-driven insights aimed at improving profitability and efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with Hyatt’s accounting principles, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.

• Partner closely with regional and corporate teams in finance, tax, legal, HR, and operations to meet hotel-specific requirements.

• Play a role in talent development by mentoring finance leaders and assisting with succession planning initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with relevant experience.

• At least 5-7 years of progressive experience in hotel finance, including leadership roles at the property level.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Willingness to travel regionally as needed (40%-50%).
