This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +9 more states.
• Identify prospective clients and lending prospects with property investors and/or referral partners such as brokers, realtors, buildings, and other sources of referrals.
• Focus primarily on driving sales while building and enhancing relationships with property investors, brokers, and real estate agents from various sources including company leads, referrals, and industry events.
• Foster strong connections with both existing and new potential borrowers through in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and other means; take charge as the main point of escalation to resolve customer concerns and obstacles.
• Create and sustain a client database within the CRM for effective utilization of contact management tools and customer relationship management.
• Regularly engage with existing and prospective customers to remain updated on industry trends and to maintain visibility with your customers to enhance relationships and sales.
• Participate in industry events and conferences, utilizing pre-event planning, onsite meetings, and post-event outreach to identify and convert leads.
• Utilize CRM marketing campaigns to nurture relationships and maintain contact with all customers.
• Assess all transactions using standardized tools to size the deal(s) and produce quotes and terms sheets.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to identify all potential business avenues aimed at achieving monthly loan volume targets.
• Facilitate the borrower approval process by collecting and supplying necessary information required for submission to loan processing.
• Pre-qualify loan packages when borrowers or brokers seek assistance.
• Monitor pipeline reports to assess the status of all loans and take action to mitigate any potential issues.
• Enhance the Brand (both Anchor’s and your own) through blog posts, online postings, re-posts, and marketing strategies to engage your current and future customer bases.
• Maintain consistent and transparent communication with customers to keep them updated on the status of submitted loans.
• Establish strong partnerships with leaders in Valuations, Construction, and Underwriting Departments; provide overall prioritization of the loan pipeline and collaborate to resolve inter-departmental challenges.
• Stay informed on industry and competitor trends; utilize this information to guide product development, sales strategies, and pricing decisions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Highly analytical with a keen attention to detail.
• Self-motivated individual with the capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable engaging in outbound communication primarily with cold leads.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new processes and systems.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to function as a reliable team member in a dynamic start-up environment.
• Highly self-driven and disciplined.
• Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems rapidly.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
