This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota, +1 more state.
• Deliver technical, clinical, educational, and sales assistance to promote the adoption and growth of Abbott's leadless technology.
• Instruct physicians, nurses, educators, and other healthcare professionals on leadless pacing indications and patient selection.
• Offer procedural support in accordance with instructions for use, trial protocols, and best practices.
• Aid in educational and training initiatives for Abbott staff.
• Track and relay clinical data related to leadless cardiac rhythm management products.
• Organize, implement, and deliver programs and resources that facilitate market expansion and therapy accessibility.
• Provide market insights for therapy training and growth strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing on technological enhancements and feedback for next-generation products.
• Complete administrative reporting tasks.
• Strategically plan and organize work, monitor performance, and report progress.
• Utilize business practices to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain compliance with Abbott's policies and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline or engineering, or equivalent/related experience.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience with medical devices or equivalent, preferably with CRM products.
• Strong ability to analyze and assess technologically advanced devices.
• Skill in collaborating and working effectively with others.
• High comfort level in navigating medical environments, including laboratories and hospital settings.
• Demonstrated success in leading and influencing clients.
• Capability to provide clear guidance and adjustments as necessary.
• Proficiency in preparing and delivering effective written and verbal communications.
• In-depth understanding of medical device industry policies, operations, and procedures.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with commonly used personal computer programs and applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Significant business travel is required.
• Previous certification or designation in cardiac leadless device training/education is preferred.
• Prior sales experience and/or demonstrated business acumen is preferred.
