This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement the business development, relationship management, and sales strategy for T. Rowe Price within the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and Regional Bank channels in a designated geographical territory.
• Facilitate the distribution of T. Rowe Price investment management strategies across various platforms (ETFs, SMAs, mutual funds, and private markets) via RIAs and regional banks (Bank Trust).
• Oversee sales, revenue generation, and relationship management for large, intricate accounts within the RIA and Regional Bank sectors.
• Act as a consultant for clients, offering customized recommendations on T. Rowe Price strategies, solutions, and capabilities to meet client requirements and promote account growth.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships and motivate firms to embrace tailored solutions.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through prompt responses, effective problem resolution, contract and operational compliance, and risk management.
• Work collaboratively with cross-segment teams and business units at T. Rowe Price to drive integrated client solutions, disseminate best practices, and support company-wide initiatives.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to Internal Sales Consultants to boost team performance and foster professional development.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Possession of FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of investment and capital markets.
• Strong relationship management and sales capabilities.
• High emotional intelligence to build credibility and rapport with senior leaders both internally and in the industry.
• Advanced understanding of T. Rowe Price mutual funds, ETFs, and separately managed account offerings.
• Proven track record in establishing and executing a disciplined, repeatable process for identifying and closing new business opportunities through consultative selling techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging data and analytical tools effectively.
• Energetic and goal-driven approach to sales endeavors.
• Team-oriented and collaborative work style.
• Capacity to serve as an ambassador for T. Rowe Price.
