• Collaborate with the Regional Vice President and senior leadership within the country.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; Master's degree is required.

• A minimum of eight years of experience in human resources management is required.

• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations for the region is essential.

• Ability to speak fluently in both Spanish and English.

• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.
