This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Collaborate with regional executives to design workforce strategies that facilitate regional growth.
• Provide support for change management during organizational transitions and market entries.
• Serve as a direct communication link between Global HQ HR and local regional offices.
• Offer data-driven insights related to personnel to enhance operational efficiency for regional leadership.
• Create tailored talent acquisition strategies for executive and critical sales leadership positions.
• Oversee regional succession planning to ensure a robust leadership pipeline for emerging markets.
• Conduct annual talent assessments within the region and develop targeted upskilling initiatives.
• Implement standardized corporate appraisal systems that are adapted to local market conditions.
• Provide coaching to regional country managers on performance enablement and effective feedback mechanisms.
• Foster a high-performance culture that aligns with Tiens Group’s values and direct-selling business model.
• Manage employee engagement programs to minimize cross-border turnover rates.
• Keep track of localized labor law changes across all assigned countries to reduce legal risks.
• Address complex employee relations issues, grievances, and local compliance challenges.
• Offer guidance on standard compensation adjustments and the localization of corporate benefit programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in law, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years as a Regional HRBP.
• Previous experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) or a regional head office with matrix reporting structures.
• Experience in industries such as direct selling, FMCG, healthcare, or retail is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in multiple languages: Professional fluency in English and Spanish, with proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese being a significant advantage.
• Comprehensive knowledge of labor law frameworks within the designated region.
• Proven track record in managing cross-cultural teams and executing stakeholder management remotely.
• Strong data literacy, with experience in using AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 20% of the time based on business requirements.
