Regional Health and Safety Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Manage health and safety initiatives, processes, and compliance across all countries.

• Report directly to the Global Health and Safety (GHS) Manager.

• Provide periodic updates, reports, and recommendations regarding regional health and safety issues.

• Ensure that all regional health and safety activities, procedures, and documentation align with Twilio’s global Health & Safety policies and standards.

• Develop, revise, and standardize health and safety policies across APJ locations.

• Ensure adherence to local, state, and national regulations in every location.

• Perform regular risk assessments at all regional Twilio locations in APJ.

• Create and deliver health and safety training programs customized to the specific needs of each site.

• Coordinate incident investigations throughout APJ.

• Schedule and conduct regular health and safety audits at each location.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 5 years of experience in health and safety positions, preferably with regional or multi-site responsibilities and knowledge of international regulatory compliance in APJ.

• Accredited and regionally recognized health and safety certifications with verifiable credentials.

• Proficiency in English.
