This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Client acquisition: You actively seek out potential clients within the housing sector, showcase our portfolio, and establish long-term partnerships.
• Management of existing clients: You provide guidance to housing companies regarding current and new insurance contracts, focusing on building, property, liability, and various corporate insurance products.
• Networking: You collaborate closely with sales teams from other product areas and utilize this network to enhance your sales achievements.
• Consulting services: You assist in conducting insurance analyses and risk optimization projects — from analyzing the housing company to formulating recommendations and presenting them to the client.
• Development of insurance concepts: You create structured insurance solutions and effectively present them to managing directors and boards.
• Claims processes: You comprehend your clients' claims handling workflows and can articulate and enhance digital processes and integration/interface issues with other systems.
• Representation at events: You represent Dr. Klein Wowi Finanz at industry and specialized events, actively fostering your regional network.
• Qualification: Insurance clerk or equivalent (m/f/d), preferably with further qualifications as a Versicherungsfachwirt (insurance specialist) — necessary for advisory services under §34d VVG.
• Experience: Multiple years of professional experience in corporate client business or brokerage with an emphasis on property and liability insurance.
• Background in the housing sector is advantageous but not essential.
• Sales aptitude: You proactively engage with individuals, cultivate contacts (also at events), and impress with both your professional knowledge and personal demeanor.
• Empathy and relationship focus: You possess a keen sense of your interlocutors, listen attentively, and build trust with clients and team members.
• Self-organization: You operate independently from a home office, organize your sales activities, and maintain oversight even while managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Communication skills: You exhibit confidence when interacting with managing directors and boards; negotiation-level German (C2) is required.
• Willingness to travel: You are open to regional travel within Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, and Rhineland-Palatinate.
• Technical inclination: You are eager to understand digital tools and ERP interfaces and can explain them during client interactions.
• 100% remote: You will work entirely from your home office.
