Licensed Specialist – Health Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Accountable for collaborating with site Supervisors to implement daily strategies aimed at enhancing sales performance.

• Actively involved with Agents/Representatives, offering real-time coaching and guidance.

• Conduct coaching calibrations in both individual and group settings.

• Work together with Supervisors to promote the Everise culture within a motivated team.

• Closely partner with site Supervisors and the Operations Manager to focus coaching efforts effectively.

• Assist in the development and implementation of training initiatives and strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid health insurance license – Required.

• Prior Call Center Experience – Required.

• At least one season of licensed UHC Sales experience – Required.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications – Required.

• Bilingual (English – Spanish) – Preferred.

• Coaches must possess experience in call handling, applying training, and demonstrating proficiency in the role – Required.
