This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Establish, nurture, and enhance relationships with independent agents and financial advisors through strategic recruiting and business development efforts.
• Identify and connect with life insurance-oriented, progressive producers who are aligned with advanced planning methodologies.
• Collaborate with advisors to effectively position and implement life insurance solutions tailored for their clients.
• Act as a consultative resource for planning concepts, case design, and strategy implementation.
• Maintain a structured approach to managing the sales pipeline, tracking activities, and ensuring follow-ups.
• Work with internal teams to facilitate the progression of cases from initial concept to final placement.
• Previous experience in life insurance sales, wholesaling, or advanced planning distribution is essential.
• Exceptional consultative sales and relationship management capabilities.
• A strong sense of accountability and intrinsic motivation.
• Organized methodology in managing clients and the sales pipeline.
• A valid Life & Health license is mandatory.
• Series 6 and 63 licenses are preferred.
