This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +16 more states.
• Take responsibility for the regional P&L, encompassing revenue growth, contribution margin, and cost management.
• Create regional forecasts, budgets, and operating plans that are in line with company objectives.
• Enhance unit economics, utilization, and market density.
• Balance growth, margin, quality, and experience through well-considered tradeoffs.
• Act as the accountable leader for regional performance concerning therapist acquisition, enablement, physician success, and partner account management.
• Lead by influencing in a matrixed environment and coordinate functional partners to meet regional priorities.
• Convert national initiatives into region-specific execution strategies with defined KPIs.
• Ensure a sufficient supply of therapists, establishing regional hiring goals and market-level sourcing strategies.
• Enhance therapist engagement, retention, productivity, quality, sustainability, and overall experience.
• Propel regional growth by fostering physician relationships and executing partner strategies.
• Increase referral volume and retention, improve partner satisfaction and outcomes, while identifying opportunities for account expansion.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for regional partner-related issues.
• Formulate and implement market strategies based on local dynamics, demand patterns, and performance metrics.
• Recognize opportunities for market expansion, optimization, and investment.
• Represent the region to executive leadership by highlighting insights, risks, and opportunities.
• Establish weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
• Utilize data to identify performance gaps and implement corrective measures.
• Align functional partners around a unified regional scorecard.
• Exemplify company leadership principles and culture.
• Influence and develop regional leaders while promoting ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, specifically in multi-site in-home or outpatient rehab services.
• Reside within the Western US (WA, OR, NV, CA).
• Previous P&L ownership with responsibility for growth and profitability.
• Preferred background in PT or OT relevant to the aforementioned areas.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in leading within a matrixed or shared services environment.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to influence others without direct authority.
• Owner mentality with sound business judgment.
• Comfortable with ambiguity while driving clarity.
• Collaborative leadership style with low ego.
• Data-driven, decisive, and focused on execution.
• Capability to balance strategic insights with operational discipline.
• Familiarity with health system partnerships or enterprise accounts in local markets.
