This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.
• Take ownership of the entire Central US regional P&L, focusing on revenue growth, contribution margin, and effective cost management.
• Create regional forecasts, budgets, and operational plans that align with company objectives.
• Enhance unit economics, utilization rates, and market density.
• Achieve a balance among growth, margin, quality, and customer experience through strategic tradeoffs.
• Act as the primary accountable leader for therapist recruitment, enablement, physician success, and partner success/account management outcomes.
• Lead by influencing within a matrixed environment, ensuring functional partners align with regional priorities.
• Convert national initiatives into region-specific execution strategies with well-defined KPIs.
• Ensure an adequate supply of therapists to meet regional demand, establishing hiring targets and sourcing strategies.
• Foster therapist engagement, retention, productivity, and quality improvements.
• Propel regional growth by cultivating physician relationships and executing partner strategies.
• Increase referral volume and retention, enhance partner satisfaction and outcomes, while identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Serve as the senior point of escalation for regional partner concerns.
• Formulate and implement regional market strategies based on local dynamics, demand trends, and performance metrics.
• Recognize opportunities for market expansion, optimization, or investment.
• Represent the regional perspective to executive leadership, highlighting insights, risks, and opportunities.
• Establish and conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
• Utilize data to identify performance gaps and initiate corrective measures.
• Align functional partners around a unified regional scorecard.
• Exemplify company leadership principles and culture throughout the region.
• Influence and nurture leaders within the region, including those with dotted-line reporting relationships.
• Promote a culture characterized by ownership, transparency, and ongoing improvement.
• Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, specifically in multi-site in-home or outpatient rehabilitation services.
• Residing within the Central US territory: TX, OK, UT, AZ, IL, CO, MN, IA, WI, MO, IN, OH, MI, TN.
• Previous experience in P&L management with accountability for growth and profitability.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience leading within a matrixed or shared services framework.
• Strong financial insight and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.
• An owner mentality coupled with sound business judgment.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and fostering clarity.
• Collaborative, low-ego leadership approach that achieves results through partnerships.
• Data-driven, decisive, and focused on execution.
• Capability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
• Familiarity with health system partnerships or enterprise accounts in local markets.
• Physical capability to sit, stand, and walk for extended durations, with the ability to occasionally lift/carry equipment weighing up to 30 lbs.
